Yevgeny Salakhov (born January 25, 1979) is a Russian sprint canoer who has competed since the early 2000s. He won a bronze medal in the K-1 4 x 200 m event at the 2010 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Poznań.
Salakhov also competed in two Summer Olympics, he earned his best finish of seventh twice (K-2 1000 m, K-4 1000 m: both 2000).
